How to add a column in inbox, to remove task from inbox?

You can use the Custom Case List plugin in the Enterprise Edition to add extra columns to the Inbox. Another thing you can do is use custom Case Labels to display variables from the case, instead of the case number.

Another option is to modify the source code or create a custom Inbox with a plugin.
