Dear Experts,

We are using PM 2.5.1 on Windows box. Just recently, we have encountered an error in our existing triggers that were working ever since. When you open the trigger, it is already trimmed. While updating the trigger, the window becomes unresponsive and the error message "Failed to execute 'send' on 'XMLHttpRequest': Failed to load.." pops up. To see the complete error message, please see attached screenshots.

What might have caused this and how do we solve it?

Appreciate your response the soonest. Thank you!

What version of web browser are you using? What happens if you use an older web browser? A number of people have reported that new versions of web browsers are no longer compatible with PM 2.5.

If the problem is the version of the web browser, then you can upgrade PM to a more recent version that supports new web browsers.

Thanks, amosbatto!

We're using Firefox 50.1. We got it working again by following this steps: Firefox > Help > Troubleshooting Information > Refresh Firefox (Give firefox a tune up). Still don't know if we'll encounter the same problem with Chrome as we are also using the latest version on our development.

If we are to upgrade to the latest version of PM, is there a possibility of data loss, re-programming of triggers or cron?
