Hi, i need to update cases from external web, using webservice. login with user and md5 password.
when login with the admin user (processmaker_admin) from external web, it runs ok. process runs ok.
when attempt to login with operator user (processmaker_operator) from external web, it fails, and send message ("incorrect password").

when testing web services, login within processmaker, using the admin and operator users and md5 password, it fails, same error ("incorrect password").

the system is:

ProcessMaker Community v 2.5.0.1
never updated.
Mysql v5.5.47-0 ubuntu 0.14.04.1

Linux
Apache 2.4.7
PHP 5.5.9-1ubuntu4.14

any clue on that?

best regards.

Use the rb_workflow table for querying the password instead of the wf_workflow.USERS table.

Hope this solve your question.
What is the difference between the two tables?

In PM 2, the rb_WORKSPACE database is used for login and role based access control. wf_WORKSPACE.USERS is basically a copy of that user information because in MySQL you can't query two different databases in the same query, so it is easier to have all the information in one database.
