Hi , everybody,

My ProcessMaker still it 2.5.2
while Use the IE ver 9-11 input the data in the currency field , the number will auto double,
if i change the chinese input method, it will not happened,
if use the firefox or another, it `s has this problem

just input 1 will auto 11

Hello Sony,

This is a known issue in ProcessMaker version 2.5.2, but it has been solved in version 3.x.

As a workaround, you should enable "Quirks mode" in Internet Explorer for a better compatibility with ProcessMaker 2.5.2.

Thank you very much for your reply.

i try it, but it will be disable all the JavaScript,

some trigger was disable.

now i found a method to solve it,

change the input method,

(some input method , for example "chinese" input method , will be disable the double input),

While the user need to input the currency , then change the chinese input to input the currency ,
after that will change back their input method to solve this problem.
