In your trigger write this

It is possible that ProcessMaker is configured to use a time zone different from your server. This is defined by the PHP constant TIME_ZONE in the PM code. In a trigger you can get PM's time zone with this code:

@@TimeZone = TIME_ZONE;

The Enterprise Edition also has an option to define the time zone for each user.
