Hi Team,

My scenario is sending one case or task into multiple/group of users(with same task name), one user will open and submit the case it will disappear from other users inbox.
For my management requirement not user self service and self service value based assignment.
And here i am attaching my workflow diagram please find once.
Please help me.

sorry, i don't understand your problem.

A Self Service assignment rule allows any user from the pool of assigned users to claim the case and work on the task.

Actually my management requirement is send one task into group of users that task is present in their inbox, but now you are told to me use self service assignment rule in this the task is placed in unassigned().

Please help me it is very urgent for me.

Usually this is impossible.
unless
send case for all user then you must manage cases manually with triggers.

when a user opened and submit case then with the following example routing all parallel task.
