Hello Friends,

I have created a very simple process, In this process there is two steps, In the first step I have assigned one user and in second step I have assigned 5 users in a group.

Problem is when user initiated a case then that case is visible to only one user for that group, My requirement is that case should be visible to all user of the group.

Please suggest me the best solution.

You can use Process Permissions to give other members of the group read-only access to the case. You can create Process Supervisors, if they need to be able to change data in the case.
