particular User certainly unable to see uploaded document .

User assign in to a group
process permission created into process.
group allow view all task all document type.

But the particular use unable to see uploaded document.

add another new user assigned to that group. can see the uploaded document.

why ??

Are you trying to view an Input Document step, or a file field in a DynaForm, or see the document by going to HOME > Documents? Do both users have the same role? It might be a problem of permissions in the role.

I try to change that particular user permission, user still cannot see the uploaded document. Home > Documents also cannot see.
