Hi there,

Is it possible to make an .xls (or .ppt) file available in the task so that the user can make the download of that same file?

Hello,

Yes, you can add an input document as a step in the user task and attach the file you want. The same must have permission in the process of input document. When the user opens the case may receive files and download them.

Do not forget the permissions on the design.
