How can I give access to a user to see all cases for a particular process but not not give them PM_ALLCASES access which gives them access to all cases for all processes in a workspace?

One way to give a user access to see all cases for a particular process but not all cases for all processes in a workspace is to create a custom role with the appropriate permissions.

Here are the steps you can follow:

Go to the "Roles" tab in your workspace and click on "Create Role".
Give the role a name (e.g., "Process X Viewer").
In the "Permissions" section, select the process that you want the user to have access to and check the box for "PM_CASES_VIEW" permission. This will allow the user to view all cases for that particular process.
Uncheck the box for "PM_ALLCASES" permission. This will prevent the user from accessing all cases for all processes in the workspace.
Add the user to the new custom role you created.
