[SOLVED]Question mark ??? when write in Arabic in Case Label#72055

Hello everybody
If I write an Arabic Characters in "Case Labels" its appear in user Inbox as a question mark "??????" ! like image below!
any ideas or suggestion ?
Im Using the Last version 2.5.0.1

Could you please check the magic_quotes values on your php.ini. And also rebuild cache on the admin tab.

Let me know it the problem persists.

Hello,
This issue raised again after moving ProcessMaker to a new server that runs on a different version of Apache, PHP and Mysql.
As you know magic_quotes has been depreciated from the recent PHP version, so What is the alternative solution?
This issue can be solved after re-building the Cash ! , Thus I set - temporary - Cron job to execute cacheview-repair to be run every 5 min in working hours and that works fine, but I'm sure, this is not the ideal solution

Any suggestion to solve this?
