Why I cannot create report tables in ProcessMaker?

It displays nothing on my screen. Refer below:

Which line do I need to change?



p/s: Everything is under control, but lately system quite slow due to huge data.

edit your /etc/php.ini file and look for memory_limit

I guess your current memory_limit value is 80MB

Try to raise the memory usage to 128MB for start. Should be safe on most modern machine these days.
Then make sure you restarted Apache and try generate the report again.

By the way how much total RAM does your server has ?

And I managed to generate report tables after restart httpd service.

I'm facing a problem similiar to your question. I see your question is solved. I want to follow your step but i cannot see images on your posting. Can you upload again your images? Specifically image on sysGeneric.php that you edited.

Unfortunately the image files from 7 years ago on our forum server were deleted, but I doubt that the images would help you, because the code has changed a lot since version 1.2. What specifically is the problem when you try to generate a Report Table and what version of PM are you using?
