Hello,
This wiki entry (http://wiki.processmaker.com/index.php/Web_Entry) seems to indicate that it is possible to do and I found an example of it, but I need a little more to go on. So, can anyone give me a push in the right direction? How can I create an internet-facing dynaform that can be used to start an employee onboarding process? This form must be accessible without a login (ie, for external / anonymous internet users)

See image below... this is from Process Maker's own website. You can find it on this link (click create new account):

Any pointers? How can I do this too?

Thanks,
Mike

You don't have to have your own separate web site if you chose the option "PHP with Web Services". A link is generated for you which you can send to the user in an email. However, many people create web pages which have this link in them. For example, you could have a web page with the link: Apply for a Credit. It uses Web Entry to start the Credit Card Application process. If you want to create your own web site, you can always stick it inside the workflow/public_html directory. For more info about where to put the files, see: http://wiki.processmaker.com/index.php? ... ields#Link

ProcessMaker provides Web Entry to start a new case by an anonymous user and it provides the Case Tracker so that anonymous users can follow their case. What it doesn't provide is a way for an anonymous user to change the data in the case after it has been initiated.

The only solution is to program your own web page where the user can enter her case number and PIN number and it displays data from the case in a form. You can use the REST endpoint GET /cases/{app_uid}/variables to retrieve the variables to display in the form and PUT /cases/{app_uid}/variable to send the changed variables to the case when the user submits the form.
