I'm trying to use the orderGrid function, but I get an error 'function:orderGrid Error!, bad parameters found!'

The trigger used consists of one line:
@@prop_elements = orderGrid(@@prop_elements, 'element_sortOrder','DESC');

I've triple checked the names used, they are correct.

The grid has one column with a sort order which is filled with numbers. The grid should be sorted according to these numbers. I've got a form with this grid named prop_elements. The trigger is called after this form.

Hope someone can help me?

Search for the orderGrid function in the processmaker directory using a tool like find or (windows search isn't good, maybe diskMeta light for windows) to search for files with the contexts "function openGrid(" and see if you can't reconcile the parameters you are passing with the actual source code for the function. Documentation sometimes gets dated and the code might have evolved and been changed a bit from what you might have read somewhere.

If that checks out, I'd maybe backup that processmaker folder, and then toss in some debug code of my own in the colosa code to try and track down where the failure is really occurring... so funny that while coding a work like DIE is your saving grace for debugging LOL

Good luck

i think your code should be:

@=prop_elements = orderGrid(@=prop_elements, 'element_sortOrder','DESC');
