I was wondering if it is possible to install a custom package, which is the Skeleton Package, in ProcessMaker Bitnami. I followed the instructions from the ProcessMaker documentation (https://processmaker.gitbook.io/processmaker/other-links/develop-a-custom-package-for-use-in-processmaker-platform) to install the package. However, during installation, an error occurred indicating that the PHP extensions, such as imagick.so and soap.so, could not be loaded even though I have confirmed that these extensions are already installed.

could you attempt a fresh installation

sometimes application breaks during installation could lead to errors
