Hi Everyone!

I would like to check how to route a case after reviewing it by Personnel, case shoud route to submitter's manager Not to Personnel reviewer manager,

when case submit it goes to Personnel for reviewing it then after approval it goes to personnel manager (wrong route to) i want the case to route to the submitter manager! how can i fix that ? where shall i look to rectify this ?

Case submitted > Personnel Reviewing > Submitter Manager

It sounds like you want cases to automatically route to the submitter's manager after Personnel review, instead of the reviewer's manager.

This can usually be adjusted in your workflow settings. You might find it under "Routing Rules" or something similar.
