I try to run this repo https://github.com/ProcessMaker/processmaker on my windows based machine with xampp environment but don't find any document related to setup this on local
machine without use VirtualBox and vagrants

is there any way i can setup this project on locally without VirtualBox and vagrants?

my system setup:
php 8.1
xampp based apache server
mysql
node 16.18.1
os : window 10
