What instructions did you follow?

You need to place the .pem file for your SSL certificate at C:/opt/ssl/server.pem on your ProcessMaker server and make sure that it is publicly readable. If you bought your SSL certificate, then you should have received the .pem file from your certificate provider.

If you are generating your own SSL certificate, then you can follow these instructions to create the .pem file:

Under Install and Manage SSL for your site (HTTPS), click Manage SSL Sites. Scroll down to the Install an SSL Website and click Browse Certificates. Select the certificate that you want to activate and click Use Certificate. This will auto-fill the fields for the certificate.

Greetings,
Peter
