This process maker can visualize user case planning (open source) where you can plan your user cases, simpler work flow, programming integration better .This program "Business Process Maker 2.0 Process Map Designer" have a new release in 2 days now v 2.0 and its free to use and could also be uses as a Windows application on your local machine.

Please help.

I would be interested to know more also about how ProcessMaker and Joomla could be used together and get some people feedback.

You need to either use Web Services or REST to remotely access ProcessMaker through Joomla. The other option is to embed ProcessMaker inside your Joomla page using an <iframe>.
