ProcessMaker Forum | BPM Workflow Simplified

Hello, I've been using process maker 3.0.7, in windows, and now I was hosting in our provider, using cpanel.

I don't have access to SSH, and I can't access the apache configuration.

I've done everything that I am able to do following this tutorial:

But I am having this error, and I can't figure what should I do to resolve it

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /sysGeneric.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Yo tengo la versión 3.2.1 instalado manualmente, siguiendo estos pasos: https://wiki.processmaker.com/3.1/Stack_215

Al ejecutar un proceso de prueba, me aparece este error:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /nombre_archivo.php on this server.

Espero me puedan apoyar por favor, necesito ejecutar el proceso.
