Hi, im trying to upgrade my processmaker from 2.5 version with some issues on upgrading workspaces. i tried with different versions, first from 2.0.43 version to 2.5 without any problems, then a tried to upgrade to 2.8 with the command ./processmaker upgrade as always with the following error:
-> Creating triggers
<*> Updating cache view Process took 0.60880303382874 seconds.
> Backup log files...
<*> Backup log files Process took 7.319450378418E-5 seconds.
> Updating Files Manager...
Errors upgrading workspace workflow: [wrapped: cannot select database [Native Error: MySQL server has gone away] [User Info: Array]]
Safe upgrade for files cached by the browser
Upgrade finished but there were errors upgrading workspaces.
Please check the log above to correct any issues.
i have installed Centos 6 with MySql Version 5.1.73 and apache server 2.2.
Also, i tried this upgrade in Centos 7 with Mariadb 5.5 and apache 2.4. with similar errors:
-> Creating triggers
Errors upgrading workspace workflow: It is not possible to execute the query. Please contact your system administrator
I followed all the steps given in the following link: http://wiki.processmaker.com/index.php/ ... ocessMaker
if someone could help me, i would appreciate it very much.
thanks in advance.
