hi,
we installed ProcessMaker 2.8 on a server centos 7.
Now we want to change the database from local to a remote server; we followed this procedure http://wiki.processmaker.com/index.php/ ... _databases but when at [url]http://<IP-ADDRESS>/sysworkflow/en/green/install/r.php[/url] we insert the parameters of the new server and click "Generate" and "regenerate path_installed" we recive this error:

First of all, both the original installation and the new installation have to be the same version of ProcessMaker. Second, why aren't you using the processmaker workspace-backup and processmaker workspace-restore commands?

Hi amosbatto,
our goal is to divide the application server from the db server, on two separate servers with different IP addresses.
Your solution allows us to export the data but not to change the ip of the server db.

what was your solution for this please? i have exactly the same problems having completed the same step and run the r.php command. I merely wanted to change the name of the database for organisational reasons but now i get all these errors so reverted back to the old PATHS_INSTALLED file, however I still cant do a single thing as I get "An error occurred while retrieving the access token"
