Hi everyone,
I've a question about the authentication of users.
I would to use ProcessMaker in a private cloud authenticating users using LDAP.
Is it possible to do this via web http through the use of SAML(Security Assertion Markup Language) ?

Let me know.

Thanks in advance,
Nicola

LDAP can be used to authenticate users against an LDAP server, such as Microsoft Active Directory. To configure LDAP authentication in ProcessMaker, you can follow the steps outlined in the ProcessMaker documentation: https://wiki.processmaker.com/3.5/LDAP_Authentication

To configure SAML in ProcessMaker, you'll need to do the following:

Configure your identity provider (IdP) to support SAML.
Install the SAML plugin in ProcessMaker and configure the plugin with the settings from your IdP.
Configure ProcessMaker to use SAML authentication as the login method.
For more information on configuring SAML in ProcessMaker, you can refer to the ProcessMaker documentation: https://wiki.processmaker.com/3.5/SAML_Authentication

To use SAML over HTTP, you'll need to ensure that your network and infrastructure are configured to support secure communications over HTTP (HTTPS). This may involve configuring SSL/TLS certificates, firewalls, and other security measures to ensure that user credentials and data are transmitted securely over the network.
