I have successfully launched one workflow, and have created another one to launch, however, what appears in the previews and the xml/field chooser is not what appears when I start a new case. I've cleared caches numerous times, logged off/on. But no matter what I do, what is showing in the preview in designer does not reflect the actual. Any suggestions?

Could you show us the difference between both? Is it inside the dynaform designer? Fields?, appearence?

Here is a picture of the dynaform preview vs. the actual.

Inside the dynaform designer, the preview, xml, html, fields.... etc. all match up. I've cleared the caches, updated the html after each change, but none of them transfer over to the real environment. I've checked and rechecked permissions. Thanks for your help.

Are you sure you are using the same DynaForm?, do you have the HTML enabled?

I've tried creating a new dynaform, copy/pasting the xml information over, then changing the step in the process to the new dynaform. I've done this twice and have gotten two different results. 1. No form shows up in the real world, and 2. The old form pops back up even though it doesn't exist anywhere anymore. Any suggestions? Thanks for your help.

Yes... the problem might be the HTML, disable it inside the Dynaform designer, and try it again,
