after install Process Maker, the standard Dashlet for Open Cases vs Completed Cases does not show, instead I get the standard image not found browser image (see attached).

Any guidance on how to get the chart to show please? Perhaps some pre-req is missing?

We'll need more details, I mean all your modules list(apache), your extension enabled list(php), versions of mysql, php and mysql, and your apache error log.

There are no errors in the error log associated with this dashlet or process maker in general.

It does not appear to be. The process maker instance is running within a cpanel environment.

Well, some times the main .htaccess of the cpanel (I mean the domain one) have some restriction.
