workspace-backup problem

i try to make workspace-backup but found this error ;


Error executing 'workspace-backup':

Couldn't connect to host localhost with user n_wf_workflow
please help

Hi loaybpms,

Are you using windows or Linux? also.. which version of ProcessMaker are you using?

i am using Linux and i runing ProcessMaker Version 2.0.44 , i install ProcessMaker Version 2.5.2 in the same server under anther sub-domain
i want to use the workspace form ProcessMaker Version 2.0.44 to ProcessMaker Version 2.5.2
so i success to backup ProcessMaker Version 2.0.44 but when i trying to restored to ProcessMaker Version 2.5.2 it give me Error executing 'workspace-restore':

Could not extract backup

How are exactly using the parameter?, could you send me the entire command you are using ?

Go to the company admin menu (gear icon in the top right) and select Manage Workspaces. Click the checkboxes to the left of the workspaces you wish to back up. From the List Actions menu at the top of the page, select Backup. Click OK on the next window to confirm.
