Hello,

I'm trying ProcessMaker, and I think it's a great tool. I would like to use it with an Oracle database. I found some messages on this forum, but I don't speak Spanish... :D
My questions are quite simple :
- is it possible to use PM with Oracle DB ?
- how to do it ?

Thanks

El Jo

Hello,
yes, we can use ProcessMaker with Oracle,

With the DBConnections options, you can execute queries in Oracle to populate fields.

Basically the problem is compile php5 + php-oci8 + oracle drivers,
If you have php-oci8 enabled PM automatically will be able to connect to Oracle Databases,

Please take a look about our rPath appliance in http://www.rpath.com/rbuilder/
http://www.rpath.org/rbuilder/project/processmaker/

download the iso image and install processmaker from scratch, and then the system info will show you the available connections (including Oracle ;) ).
