Questions and discussion about developing processes and programming in PHP, JavaScript, web services & REST API.

You can look up the SHA256 hash for the password in the RBAC_USERS.USR_PASSWORD field in the database, but you can't use it to login with REST. To use REST, you have to know the password of the user, not the hash of the user's password. I have told the developers that people can't switch from web services to REST because of this limitation, but they don't believe it is a problem. You should register a bug report about it. The more people who complain, the more chance that it will get fixed.

Explain what you need to do, and maybe I can suggest a workaround.
