For send email you can use it http://www.wiki.processmaker.com/3.0/ProcessMaker_Functions#PMFSendMessage.28.29
For get feedback your can use cron or task scheduler to check your email ever 10 min

There are SMS services which allow you to send an email to the service and it will be forwarded as a text message. This site has a code example:
https://code.tutsplus.com/tutorials/how-to-send-text-messages-with-php--net-17693
Use PMFSendMessage() instead of PHP's mail() function.

I'd like to recommend BugRem.com tool, this tool allows your customers to submit feedback and bug reports with screenshots.
