I tried to create a Dynaform with js code. but my form doesn't load and there is no preview. It is ok without js code.

Grateful if you can be advised how to do it.

You want to create Dynaform using JS or you want to Use Js in Dynaform for Customize it?

You cannot not Create Dynaform with JS.
You must create with PM and use JS to Customize .
