Hi,

I dont know if I understend you, the most easier think is that when the approval is denied the user that open the case it will appear a new form to se the result and cancel the case manually.

If you wan to cancel cases autmaticaly, you can do it in background calling function "PMFDeleteCase".

When a user creates a request, they will see a "Cancel Request" button next to the request's status.

If the request is in the "Pending Approval" state, the user will be able to click the "Cancel Request" button to cancel the request.

Once the request is canceled, it will be removed from the system and will no longer be visible to anyone.

If the request has already been approved, the user will not be able to cancel it.

You need to be more specific, you can cancel the case from a lot of ways, where do you want to put the button to cancel?

When you make an action into a case you only can create, delete, pause or reassign.

I think I understand that you want, you would like any user can cancel (Delete) any case that he created.

You would like to allow access to user to make the actions, like the URL that I send ?
Or you would like to add a button to cancel inside of the dynaform ?
Or you would like to add the button in the Home where is listed the cases, next to the status column?
