disabling delete in document

hello masters 
im using the 3.2 version of processmaker
and there is a bug i couldn't fix : there is a delete button in document page that is open for all members with any permission
it show up when you clicked on directory and than without selecting any attachments and files just rightclick on them and delete showing up and when you click on that the whole directory will be deleted
how should i disable it?
