Error Creating new case PM 3.5.7#830197

Hi Anyone tell me why this error populates while creating new case.

Column "DEL_INDEX" cannot be null.

A few reasons for this
1. The "DEL_INDEX" column is not mapped correctly, You can check the database table schema in and make sure that the "DEL_INDEX" column is mapped correctly.
2. You can try setting a default value for the "DEL_INDEX" column in the database table to resolve this issue.
3. You can also try, updating to a newer version of Processmaker
