How can I require that at least one, but not necessarily all, checkboxes on multiple rows of a grid is selected?

If I understand correctly....

Create a setOnSubmit() - check every rows of grid's checkbox has checked or not.
At least there is one checked then return true, otherwise return false (to stop submit)
