Where can I find the logs when it comes to trigger(PHP). I am sure this question was asked but could not find it. Thank you.

Triggers execution is recorded in the workspace general log files, you can find those under /{installation_folder}/shared/sites/workflow/logs/

I am assuming your workspace is called workflow, otherwise, you may use the right name.

When it comes to runtime exceptions then you may check under /{installation_folder}/shared/logs
