Hi. I want to assign some users by variables to one task . How can I do it ?

Hi Somayeh,

If you are looking to assign a single user to a task based on a variable then you may use the Value-Based Assignment rule:

But if you are looking to assign a pool of users so any of them can pick a case and claim it then you may use the Self Service Value-based assignment rule:
