Use " Start Timer Event" to assign case on all users' task

Hi,
I have a task named "Submit daily report", there are 7 users who have permission to start this task!
I want to assign this task automatically for all users, I created " Start Timer Event" and configure it to trigger the task daily, and it works successfully, but unfortunately, the task was assigned for only one user! How can I configure the " Start Timer Event" to run the case on all users that have permission on this task?
