Hi,
Try the following:

$('#form\\[grid2\\]\\[1\\]\\[suggest_1\\]').attr("disabled", true); //disabled suggest control or any other control ^^

where
Replace grid2 with your grid id,
Replace row 1 with your row#, and
Replace suggest_1 with your suggest id
