I planned to clone my existing process to another server so I can use it as my testing environment, but some processes can't be imported and I got this error.


System Exception.
RuntimeException:
Error while uploading file. Error code: 1.
At ProcessMaker\Importer\Importer->setSourceFromGlobals()

At require_once() in /opt/processmaker/workflow/public_html/sysGeneric.php line 1030
At include() in /opt/processmaker/workflow/public_html/app.php line 61

I am using Processmaker 3.1 community edition
Is there any solution to my problem?

Hi,
In the first step you are using a very low version of the program and I suggest you upgrade your program to a higher version.
But regarding your problem, is there exactly one version of the program installed on both of your servers?
