hello guys
assume that you have plenty of process and users. at now users can easily go to advance search section and search for processes even though they are not part of that processes and get information. is there any way to limit users in advance search?

Currently, this function is not available in ProcessMaker, but I suggest the following:

Depending on the main objective, you can use reports, these can be based on a specific process and also, can be delimited by users or groups that need to have this visibility of the cases of a process, in order to use it, enable the Data Reporting Tools Plugin.
