I got an issue where a user tag as Participated in a case cannot access the uploaded attachment.
Would someone from the group would show what the proper setup/permission to enable the participated users could access the uploaded attachment.

Hi there,
Please try to grant a group of users at Process Permission in order to access uploaded document.

Processmaker > designer > [your-process] > Edit > right menu >click Permissions > Create >
Enter a user group (contains of your target users)
Type: All / Input document
Permission: View
> Save
