Hi,

I have some tasks and sub-processes which are created in a process. These same tasks and sub-processes would be used again in some other processes. Instead of re-working on the tasks / sub-processes specifications, is there any method to clone or share the tasks / sub-processes to other processes?

No, at the moment it is not possible to share TASK from one CASE to another.

Redefining a php function in triggers within a task is not allowed. Besides renaming the function in different triggers, how can one reuse a php function in different triggers of the same task?

in ProcessMaker version 3 you can't unless you copy and paste the code.

in ProcessMaker version 4 you can reuse both scripts and screenshots.
