Hi,

When we are using web entry link with our forms, the initial load is very slow and there is no indicator that the page is loading leading users to think that there is something wrong since all they see is a blank page.

Is there a way we can add an indicator/progress bar on initial page load?

Thanks and Best Regards,

Adrian

Hi Usually I got a blank page experiences were because of :
1/ Trigger has problem to run,
2/ Form loading has problem, or
3/ server side has problem, etc.
What you could see any error message for explore's debug ctrl-shift-i / F12?? good luck..

The form loads fine, it’s just that the initial load takes time and an indicator would be good to tell the users that it is still loading rather than waiting on a white page before it loads.

I tried JS code but it seems it's because the triggers are getting called first and loading of the dynaform last is causing the white page.

Hi,
You can use an iframe for web entry in another page and set your desired loading code in the top page. Or use main header and footer of your website and etc.
