Hi,
Matrix organizatoin structure is very common. In PM, we can implement different functional lines by Groups.
However, I could not find a way to implement the Leader of a group such that the work of the members in the group in this function are reporting to the Group Leader.
Grateful if I can advised how to implement this feature.
