Hey guys. in a factory that has 3 rotating shift, some tasks need to be assigned to currently available user, and for big companies it wont be good to let a user select next level task's user.
I think i can do it by assigning the task to all 3 person in that department and when one of them complete the task, delete from others inbox.
but how can do that or if you have any better idea glad to hear that

In similar case we define a share node or cartable, and authorised personnel only reach this cartable
