public files folder on shared host#828925

Hi
I want to find the location of public files on server (shared host). When I used $_SERVER['SCRIPT_FILENAME'] the output was '/var/www/html/processmaker/workflow/public_html/app.php'

By using the "https://wiki.processmaker.com/3.2/Public_Files#File_Storage" I have to search the "INSTALL-DIRECTORY/shared/sites/WORKSPACE/public/PROCESS-UID/FILENAME" but it looks to be on local implementation and not on shared hosts as I mentioned before.

Where is the location of each processes public files that we upload on shared host?

Did you install the program correctly on shared hosting? If needed, you can use the following link:

Also, do you want the path of the uploaded files or the path of the public folder?
