Does Timer and email events support in process maker 3.5 community edition ?

Hi guys
I want to know if the use of timer and email events are supported in the community edition of process maker 3.5 or not?
I can use them in designing processes but I read in the documentation that they are not supported in the community edition

You can not start a process from an email in the community edition but you can write a shell script to read mails and cretae a new process from the script using the newcase web service
