First off I am new to processmaker. I am trying to accomplish something that seems simple but cannot seem to locate the proper documentation on how to go about it.

What I am trying to accomplish is. I have two users in a group. I have assigned that group to a task. Now when the process gets to that task I would like to have both users assigned it and if either one completes the task it will move on whether or not the other completed it. What is the best way to go about this?

Thank You,

Sounds like the best solution to your problem is to use the Self Service or Self Service Value Based Assignment rule. The task will remain unassigned until a user from the group claims the case in his or her unassigned folder in their inbox. Don't forget to set a timeout otherwise the task may remain unassigned if no one from the group claims it.

If you want to notify (email) all the users of the group assigned to the task, best to use the Trigger Message method:

https://wiki.processmaker.com/3.3/Notifications#Emailing_All_Assigned_Users_to_the_Next_Task.28s.29

I've skipped over a few points but let me know if you need further details.
