In Dynaform, I need a dropdown field which will hold the result of your query in multiple rows.
Say, under this dropdown field its properties > sql >

SELECT budget_code,budget_code FROM pmt_budget
WHERE budget_department = @@dd_requesterDept
AND budget_month = @@current_month
ORDER BY budget_code asc;

So your dropdown field when running a case it will show you multiple row that you can select from this dropdown..
