User proxy access

Hello,
I haven't been able to find any documentation on giving proxy access to user. What I mean by proxy access - a case is assigned to user A but user A is on vacation we want to give user B proxy access to user A's list of cases so B can complete it in A's absence. Can this be done in Process Maker? Any tip or advice will be much appreciated.
